Cabinet confirms transition date for Cheshire West and Chester Council HomeKey+ services

You may have seen that our contract with Cheshire West and Chester Council will end on  31 March 2026.  This means the services we currently offer will transfer to a new provider, either the Council or a specialist contractor, on 1 April 2026. 

For now, everything continues as normal.
HomeKey+ is still here, continuing to provide home improvement and support services. There are no immediate changes to the way services are delivered. You should continue to access support for home adaptations, repairs, and independent living in the same way you always have. 

Cheshire West and Chester Council and HomeKey+ will work together to manage the change and ensure services continue smoothly, with residents’ needs at the heart of every decision. The council will keep you updated as the transition progresses.
